PMCC Members Page
The Port Melbourne Cricket Club Members page will be a key deliverable in the Phase 2 rollout of the upgraded website.
The Members area will be restricted to registered members of PMCC (players and volunteers) and will provide a range of functions
designed to faciliate communication at the club. If you have some ideas that you have seen working on other sites, or you have a
fresh idea that you think could work for PMCC - then please don't hesitate to contact the site administrator.
It is hoped that many of these functions will be available for the commencement of Season 08/09.
Here are the functions that have been suggested so far:
Personalised Results Vault statistics summary.
Personalised (ie. Member) Career & Season Batting/Bowling statistics extracted (real time) from the Results Vault service.
Noticeboard
A facility for the Club and/or Members to post notices to all members, or targetted to specific groups (e.g. 1sts).
Member Forum
A PMCC member based form (in the mould of popular forums such as BigFooty.com) where PMCC members can communicate.
Pay Online Function
A longer term (perhaps Season 09/10) goal, to achieve an online payment method for PMCC membership fees and/or function bookings.
